PA Member Criteria

To be eligible for RMAPIA membership, an applicant must:

• Be a licensed public insurance adjuster in good standing in at least one Rocky Mountain region state.
• Work as a public insurance adjuster exclusively on a full-time and professional basis.
• Not currently engaged in building construction or fire damage restoration.
• Not currently being disciplined or reprimanded in ANY state for ANY licensing violations.
• Willing to maintain the Association’s professional and ethical standards, as well as standards established at the state(s) level.

Affiliate Member Criteria

To be eligible for an Affiliate RMAPIA Membership, an applicant must:

• Positively contribute to the public adjusting profession and insurance industry
• Not be an attorney or work for an attorney firm (attorneys see our sponsorship page to be involved with RMAPIA)
• Not currently being disciplined or reprimanded in ANY state for ANY licensing violations.
• Willing to maintain the Association’s professional and ethical standards, as well as standards established at the state(s) level.
